Property losses we assess

Look beyond the first signs of damage.

Some losses are obvious. Others need a closer inspection. We connect what happened at the property with the photographs, estimates, and records needed to explain your claim.

Roof surfaces

After a hailstorm

Hail can leave signs across shingles, metal surfaces, and other exterior materials. We inspect the affected areas and record the condition of the roof and related components.

After damaging winds

A wind event can affect roofing, siding, trim, and the structure beneath them. Our inspection brings those findings together so the claim reflects more than the most visible damage.

Following fire and smoke

A fire can affect the building, belongings, and your ability to stay at home. We organize the scope of the loss, including smoke residue and temporary living expenses for review under your policy.

Leaks and water intrusion

Leaks can travel beyond the area you first notice. We document visible damage and available moisture findings, then help explain the source, affected materials, and repair scope.

Severe weather

Larger storm losses

Severe weather can leave several kinds of damage at once. We assemble the property findings and claim records so each part of the loss can be reviewed in context.

A closer look at your claim

An existing decision may leave unanswered questions. Bring us the estimate, payment details, or denial letter, and we will assess whether further documentation or a request for review may be appropriate.

A practical way through

From the first conversation to an informed next step.

You should know what is being reviewed, what information is needed, and what comes next. Our work brings those pieces into one organized process.

01

Tell us what happened

We begin with your account of the loss and a free property inspection. Photos, correspondence, and any existing claim documents help us understand the starting point.

02

Connect the evidence

We examine the policy and the property findings together, then develop the documentation and estimate needed to present the loss clearly.

03

Keep the file moving

We coordinate claim communications, respond to requests, and discuss the scope and estimate with the insurer while keeping you informed.

04

Review the outcome

We help you understand the claim response and any items still in discussion. Our fee is a percentage of the recovery; if there is no recovery, there is no fee.

Before we begin

Understand the service before choosing your next step.

Here are the essentials about working with Foundry, from the first inspection to the way our fee is calculated.

What would Foundry handle for me?

We assess the property damage, prepare supporting records and an estimate, and communicate with the insurer about the claim on your behalf. You remain the property owner and decision-maker; our role is to help you navigate the details.

Foundry is retained by the policyholder. The insurer has its own representatives. We explain our scope of work at the outset so you understand the services we provide.

How is your fee calculated?

The initial inspection has no charge. If you engage us, our fee is based on a percentage of the amount recovered under the agreement. We explain the terms before you decide to proceed. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.

Can you assess a claim that already has a decision?

Yes. We can examine the decision and supporting documents to see whether there are gaps or questions worth raising. Further action depends on the circumstances and applicable time limits, so a review does not guarantee that a claim can be reopened.

What can you review in an insurer's estimate?

We compare the estimate with the documented property damage and policy terms. Our review can identify differences in materials, quantities, and repair scope, and help you understand which questions to put to the insurer.

Where can I arrange an inspection?

Our licensed service area includes Georgia, South Carolina, Nebraska, and Iowa. Contact Foundry Claims Group with the property location so we can discuss an inspection.

Can we speak before I submit a claim?

Yes. An initial conversation can help establish what information is available and what still needs to be documented. We also assess claims that are already underway or have received a response.
